IT Project Manager, Cybersecurity
The Director of Technology & Data leads the organization’s technology function as a strategic, product-driven capability. This role is accountable for business enablement through technology, owning the technology vision, enterprise architecture, prioritization, and delivery across platforms, data, and core systems. Operating as a peer to business leadership, this role ensures technology investments drive clear outcomes, balance speed and risk, and support long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain the technology and data vision aligned to business strategy
- Establish enterprise technology architecture and long-term technical direction
- Review and update strategy, roadmaps, and architecture quarterly
- Operate technology using a product and Scrum-based delivery model
- Own problem statements, roadmaps, outcomes, and delivery accountability
- Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions across initiatives
- Partner with Strategy, Finance, IT Services, and business leaders as a peer
- Translate business goals into clear, executable technology priorities
- Define and own decision rights with accountability for outcomes
- Serve as accountable owner of the enterprise technology and data stack
- Govern platform selection, integration, and lifecycle management
- Reduce tool sprawl and technical debt through intentional design
- Ensure availability, resilience, and scalability of technology services
- Define and enforce security policies and risk management practices
- Partner on incident response and compliance activities
- Govern SaaS platforms and strategic technology vendors
- Own vendor strategy including selection, contracts, and renewals
- Ensure vendor value, performance, and security alignment
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-trust technology and data team
- Establish clear roles, ownership, and expectations
- Enable teams to move fast with clarity and purpose
- 7+ years of experience in technology, product, or engineering leadership
- Proven ownership of technology strategy, architecture, and prioritization
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or product-led delivery models
- Experience partnering with executives and senior business leaders
- Demonstrated accountability for enterprise technology decisions
