As we expand, we are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive who can open new client relationships and grow both our technology services and staffing verticals.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales who can independently generate new business across:
- Custom Software Development
- Enterprise Application Development/Implementation (CRM, HRM, ERP, internal platforms)
- Digital Transformation & Cloud Solutions
- IT Staffing & Talent Augmentation Services
The ideal candidate has experience selling technology services and staffing solutions, understands enterprise buying cycles, and has a strong network of decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in technology services and IT staffing
- Generate and qualify leads via outreach, Linked In networking, referrals, and partnerships
- Sell both project-based services and contract/long-term staffing solutions
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client technical and talent needs
- Present Ledelsea’s service offerings to CXOs, IT Heads, HR Leaders, and Procurement teams
- Collaborate with technical and recruitment teams to align solutions with client requirements
Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- 12+ years of overall industry experience
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, software development, or staffing
- Proven track record of closing new clients
- Experience selling staffing, outsourcing, or technology services
- Strong network of decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, HR Heads, Procurement Managers)
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
