- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and education
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Epic certification is required, ideally in Epic Cupid or Epic Radiant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work core business hours Monday-Friday, with occasional onsite support as needed
- Experience in healthcare applications, particularly within cardiovascular imaging and workflow systems
- Familiarity with system integration and implementation processes
- Additional relevant certifications or training in healthcare technology
