Digital Technical Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Technical Analyst to join our team. This hybrid contract-to-hire position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance digital experiences for members by collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

• Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support enhancements and migrations for portal and mobile platforms to deliver scalable digital experiences.
• Act as a liaison between product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical solutions.
• Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure successful deployment of features and functionalities.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and maintain clear records of workflows and processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in platform architecture to enhance scalability, security, and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Technical Analyst or similar role, particularly in digital channels.
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with digital ecosystems, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience working in agile methodologies and supporting agile product development processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

• Experience with UI/UX design principles or content management systems (CMS).
• A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and improving member engagement through digital innovation.
• Ability to think strategically and proactively identify solutions to enhance digital platforms.

The pay range for this role is $25 - $57 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
