Enterprise Architect

Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Architect for a Contract onsite role in Minnetonka, MN
. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, portfolio and product teams, and engineering organizations to drive modernization, define technology roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour
; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Defining and applying architectural principles to guide technology decisions and lead application modernization and rationalization initiatives
• Analyzing the current technology landscape, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements across enterprise systems
• Influencing development, communication, and implementation of enterprise technology architecture standards
• Designing and leading the implementation of Line‑of‑Business reference architectures aligned to business and IT strategies
• Building end‑to‑end solution plans and roadmaps that outline future‑state architectures, initiative scope, and transition sequencing
• Aligning capital programs to enterprise strategy while leveraging shared components and capabilities
• Leading governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture policies
• Communicating architecture outcomes, value, and results to senior leadership

• 5+ years of Enterprise or Solution Architecture experience in DTC, e‑commerce, Mar Tech, or CRM
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), CJA, Adobe Analytics, and Target
• 5+ years delivering complex technology solutions in a large shared‑services IT environment
• 5+ years influencing senior leadership up to C‑Suite levels
• 5+ years communicating technical concepts to business leaders and partners
• Experience building business cases and estimating competing solution alternatives
• Strong background in creating business‑aligned technology roadmaps
• Experience introducing emerging technologies to drive business model transformation
• 3+ years with modernization, rationalization, and Agile delivery methods
• Hands‑on experience designing solutions leveraging modern engineering—Event‑Driven Architecture, Microservices, on‑prem and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience working with matrixed or global delivery teams
• Preferred: TOGAF, Cloud, or Agile certifications; people leadership experience in virtual/multi‑geography environments

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
