LOCATION: Our office is located in Minnetonka, MN. Candidates must reside in the Twins Cities area and will be required to be in-office 5 days per week. We do offer a flexible work environment, but this role is not hybrid.

The VP of Development plays a key role in aligning technology initiatives with the company’s goals, collaborating across all levels of the organization to design scalable processes and programs that support RAZR’s continued growth. This role leads the development and execution of the technology roadmap, with a focus on delivering innovative, high-quality products, ensuring data security, improving operational efficiency, and aligning technology strategy with overall business objectives.
Combining strategic planning, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, the VP of Development fosters strong internal partnerships and helps position RAZR for long-term success. The ideal candidate stays attuned to emerging technologies and best practices, ensuring the organization remains agile and competitive.
- Demonstrated leadership, managing and holding teammates accountable with a positive, productive attitude, inspiring others to follow direction
- Experienced in managing large engagement, platform-based programs
- Competent in the fundamentals of promotion strategy and delivery
- Ability to communicate technical requirements and tie to client requests
- Self-starting problem solver with extremely strong attention to detail
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and be able to clearly communicate that technology vision and strategy along with opportunities and risks
- Maintain a consumer-focused outlook, bringing innovative ideas to the product and development teams to deliver industry leading solutions in our markets
- Analyze and monitor competing technologies and companies to understand the competitive landscape and evaluate technological advancements to drive continuous product improvement
- Partner with other business units to deliver customer solutions through new products, ongoing platform enhancements and tailored solutions, optimizing the profitable use of technology
- Review time frames and budgets, collaborating with the product organization to create timelines for development and deployment of technology services
- Define company standards for systems, equipment, software and software development practices
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Development team, ensuring effective management of resources, monitoring key utilization metrics, and driving initiatives that optimize team productivity and overall performance
