• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, enhancing forecast accuracy through historical analysis
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams to ensure accuracy of expense coding and month-end reporting
• Review revenue forecasts and compare against actuals to identify discrepancies
• Assist in headcount planning and workforce forecasting across departments
  
  Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline finance workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong month‑end close experience, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems, with experience in ERP or BI tools preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
