A regional financial institution in Minnesota is seeking a VP Ag Loan Officer to manage an existing Ag loan portfolio and develop new Ag lending business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills and will have three to five years of banking experience. Responsibilities include underwriting and closing various Ag loans while ensuring compliance with bank policies and relevant regulations.
