The Senior Financial Planning Analyst plays a key role in developing comprehensive financial plans and supporting advisors in delivering strategic recommendations to clients.

This position focuses heavily on financial plan development, scenario modeling, retirement projections, tax-aware planning, and estate coordination support.

This is not a sales‑focused role. It is an analytical and planning‑driven position supporting advisors and clients.

• Develop comprehensive financial plans using planning software
• Build retirement income projections and scenario analyses
• Assist with tax‑efficient planning strategies
• Prepare estate planning summaries and coordination documentation
• Analyze insurance coverage, cash flow, and asset allocation strategies
• Prepare client meeting materials and financial plan presentations
• Ensure documentation meets Ameriprise and regulatory standards
• Support advisors with follow‑up analysis and implementation tracking

• CFP® designation preferred (or actively pursuing certification)
• 3+ years of financial planning or advisory support experience
• Strong knowledge of retirement planning, tax planning, and estate strategies
• Proficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict compliance and confidentiality standards
