This is not a "back-office" finance role. We are looking for a Director of FP&A ~ Operations to serve as the financial architect of our manufacturing and supply chain organization. You will move beyond traditional reporting to play a central role in driving the business's physical output and profitability. This is a high-visibility, hands‑on leadership position for a finance executive who wants to be directly accountable for improving cost structures, margins, and capital efficiency.

• Influence the Plant Floor: Bridge the gap between financial insight and operational execution by partnering daily with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and R&D.
• Master the Margins: Take full ownership of COGS—including materials, labor, and overhead to lead high-impact cost mitigation and productivity initiatives.
• Shape the Future: Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and drive capital investment strategies, utilizing ROI analysis to fuel automation and capacity expansion.
• Build a Best-in-Class Team: Mentor a high-performance FP&A team, elevating their business acumen and embedding them as true partners within the operations landscape.

• Operational Credibility: You have 12+ years of progressive finance experience with deep exposure to manufacturing economics and production environments.
• Technical Mastery: You possess advanced financial modeling skills and extensive experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite).
• Strategic Vision: You are a proven leader who can turn complex, raw operational data into clear, actionable direction for executive stakeholders.
• Educational Excellence: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required; an MBA, CPA, or CMA is highly preferred.
