Associate Financial Advisor – Treeline Wealth Management (An Ameriprise Private Wealth Advisory Practice), Minnetonka, MN

Estimated base salary $55,000–$75,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives

Treeline Wealth Management is an Ameriprise Private Wealth Advisory Practice located in Minnetonka, MN. We provide comprehensive wealth management strategies including retirement planning, estate planning, small business planning, and intergenerational financial guidance. We are a collaborative team of advisors and support professionals who value professionalism, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

We are seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to support senior advisors while developing their own client relationships over time. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed advisor who is looking to grow within an established practice, gain mentorship, and contribute to long-term business development. An existing book of business is welcome, but not required.

• Support senior advisors in preparing financial plans and client recommendations
• Participate in client meetings and assist in follow-up communications
• Build and maintain client relationships over time
• Contribute to business development efforts and client acquisition
• Maintain compliance with Ameriprise and regulatory standards
• Complete required ongoing education and licensing requirements

• Series 7 license required (additional licenses as applicable)
• 2–5 years of financial services or advisory experience preferred
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional communication and presentation abilities

This position includes a base salary plus incentive/bonus opportunities based on performance metrics such as client growth, assets under management, and contribution to practice success. Specific compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process. Earnings vary based on performance and business results.
