Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a Contract with a client in Minnetonka, MN
. Candidates must have strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills to guide assemblers and technicians while driving process improvements and supporting daily production operations.
NOTE:
Monday to Thursday - 4:45am to 3:15pm
Rate Range: $35/hour to $37/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Provide frontline manufacturing engineering support for daily operations in a clean‑room environment.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues while guiding assemblers and leading technicians.
- Analyze test data and product performance to drive yield improvements and support new product introduction.
- Recommend and implement process, tooling, and equipment changes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Perform scrap dissections and lead root‑cause investigations to resolve production issues.
- Communicate updates, findings, and process changes across shifts and cross‑functional teams, including reporting to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of engineering experience, ideally within manufacturing or product‑support environments.
- Hands‑on troubleshooting and process‑improvement experience supporting production equipment, yield improvements, or clean‑room operations.
- Strong ability to work with assemblers and technicians, providing guidance on processes, training, and daily manufacturing activities.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour
