Electrical Engineer – Power, Lighting, Systems

• Develop and maintain design standards for electrical, lighting, and control systems
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality designs
• Oversee the commissioning program, collaborating with third-party consultants to uphold standards
• Conduct quality control reviews and ensure designs adhere to established guidelines
• Evaluate existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver integrated, energy-saving strategies and ensure seamless equipment procurement and installation
• Provide construction administration services, including addressing queries and documenting on-site conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Electrical Design
• 5+ years of experience in building electrical system design, with some experience in commissioning and energy standards
• General knowledge in site investigations
• Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, low voltage design, and industry codes
• Project management and construction administration experience is a plus
• Familiarity with REVIT MEP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and lighting design software is a plus
• Experience with short circuit analysis tools such as SKM Systems Analysis is a plus
