We re hiring a Product Development Engineer to join a rapidly growing product‑development partner within the medical device industry—an organization known for accelerating development cycles through advanced engineering, rapid prototyping, and precision manufacturing capabilities

In this role, you ll contribute to impactful, business‑critical projects across catheters, delivery systems, implantables, surgical robotics, and capital equipment
, taking designs from early concept through production. You ll work closely with quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and program teams—while owning key elements of design, prototyping, testing, and documentation within a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment
- Drive mechanical design and 3D modeling for medical devices and supporting equipment
- Lead drafting, tolerance analysis, and engineering documentation
- Support rapid prototyping and fixture development
- Execute test method design, data analysis, and reporting
- Manage design changes to ensure intent is maintained and risks are understood
- Contribute to high‑visibility projects with company‑wide impact
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure product and program success
Required
- Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively
- Strong 3D modeling skills (Solid Works)
- Experience with tolerance analysis
- Strong engineering test method experience
- Ability to communicate results through clear reports/documentation
- Experience in a regulated medical device environment
- Ability to plan and execute tasks to meet timelines
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Catheter design experience
- Advanced Solid Works proficiency
- GD&T expertise
- Experience with ePDM / Agile / Enovia
- Understanding of design controls, risk management
, ISO 13485, or 21 CFR 820 - Electro‑mechanical development experience
