We re hiring a Product Development Engineer to join a rapidly growing product‑development partner within the medical device industry—an organization known for accelerating development cycles through advanced engineering, rapid prototyping, and precision manufacturing capabilities
.

In this role, you ll contribute to impactful, business‑critical projects across catheters, delivery systems, implantables, surgical robotics, and capital equipment
, taking designs from early concept through production. You ll work closely with quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and program teams—while owning key elements of design, prototyping, testing, and documentation within a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment

• Drive mechanical design and 3D modeling for medical devices and supporting equipment
• Lead drafting, tolerance analysis, and engineering documentation
• Support rapid prototyping and fixture development
• Execute test method design, data analysis, and reporting
• Manage design changes to ensure intent is maintained and risks are understood
• Contribute to high‑visibility projects with company‑wide impact
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure product and program success

Required

• Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively
• Strong 3D modeling skills (Solid Works)
• Experience with tolerance analysis
• Strong engineering test method experience
• Ability to communicate results through clear reports/documentation
• Experience in a regulated medical device environment
• Ability to plan and execute tasks to meet timelines
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

• Catheter design experience
• Advanced Solid Works proficiency
• GD&T expertise
• Experience with ePDM / Agile / Enovia
• Understanding of design controls, risk management
  , ISO 13485, or 21 CFR 820
• Electro‑mechanical development experience
