This position plans, organizes, and delivers library services and programs, supervises assigned staff and volunteers, and supports the library’s mission by providing inclusive, innovative, and responsive services to the community.
Responsibilities- Oversee an assigned service area (programming and technology services)
- Develop and present programs
- Assist library users with resources and technology
- Participate in collection development
- Maintain community partnerships
- Supervise staff and volunteers
- Support library communications and reporting
- Serve as supervisor in charge of the library (optional)
- Participate in continuing education and regional library committees
