We are looking for a reliable and adaptable individual to fill a Six Week Building Float Paraprofessional substitute at Clear Springs Elementary. As a Float Para, you will provide support to teachers, staff and students assisting with various tasks and helping maintain a positive learning environment. This highly flexible position adapts to various classroom needs, and has potential for extension beyond the six weeks, offering a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the lead teacher in supervising the classroom and students
• Works with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning
• Adapt instruction to meet the needs of the diverse learners
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Performs other duties as assigned by the lead teacher or school administration

Requirements:

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Six Week Float - Paraprofessional Substitute Payrate:

• $21.86/hr
• Not medical or dental benefit eligible.
