Compensation: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($250 after 30 days, $750 after 90 days – eligibility and participation rules apply)

The Gardner School is an academically focused preschool for ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We provide extensive training, orientation, and continuing education programs, and we value a strong internal path to promotions.

• Lead infant or toddler classroom with warmth, creativity, and excellence
• Mentor assistant teachers and model The Gardner School’s core values
• Build lasting relationships with families through communication and collaboration
• Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support exploration and growth
• Ensure classroom safety, compliance, and a joyful, nurturing environment

• Competitive pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on education and experience

• CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong commitment to early childhood education, caring for infants/toddlers
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, maintain daily classroom activities per state licensing standards
