Architectural Project Manager​/Architect

Brand new opportunity for an Architectural Project Manager to join a design-driven commercial architecture firm! You will lead small to mid-sized public and private projects.

This is an opportunity to be accepted into a nationally active practice with a strong reputation across healthcare, civic, education, healthcare, retail, corporate, manufacturing, and community markets.

Due to continued growth and a very healthy project backlog, we are hiring another Project Manager immediately.

• Serve as the primary client liaison
• Lead and mentor a small internal project team
• Own schedules, budgets, scope, and project delivery
• Manage multiple small to mid-sized commercial and civic projects
• Lead projects from conceptual design through construction administration
• Prepare and execute strategic project plans for successful delivery
• Coordinate architectural, technical, and administrative efforts
• Actively manage project budgets, schedules, and scope
• Maintain direct client relationships and lead client meetings
• Guide internal project teams and consultant coordination
• Support business development and client relationship growth

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience (10–25+ preferred)
• Experience managing small to mid-sized commercial or civic projects
• Ability to lead client meetings and manage internal project teams
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• Licensed Architect
• Public Safety project experience or Indigenous or Native American project experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Revit

This role operates in the top tier of market compensation.
