Position Title: Logistics Analyst

Experience:
1-5 years
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, production & operations management, or business, industrial engineering preferred
Duties- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize process flow, reduce lead times, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Apply Kanban system to improve design of warehouse and operations, drive operational efficiency, reducing likelihood of stock outs and line downs.
- Improve QS WI improvements for EP Material Handling documentation.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of distribution operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Investigate and solve SAP inventory discrepancies.
- Identify and analyze continuous improvement projects which can enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct time studies, create standard work documentation for predictable, repeatable outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further continuous improvement.
- Interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- SAP (ECC)
- Microsoft Office
- Integrity, creativity, individual workmanship, and collaborative skills with cross‑functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision‑making
- Focused experience in high‑volume complex inventory management
- Project management
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
