From your PASSION to ours
Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Brand Associate based in Minnetonka, MN.
This opportunity is within the Brand Management (Marketing) function where you are the “hub of the wheel”, leading a cross-functional team to achieve collective goals. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, P&L, and business decisions for Yoplait Whips. In addition to running a business, you’ll lead teams and support brand-building initiatives across the Yoplait Masterbrand. In addition to Yoplait, you will be joining a team that also has responsibility for Go-GURT.
RequirementsFrom your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- P&L owner for Yoplait Whips! encompassing cross-functional project management, demand forecasting, and brand strategy
- Project and systems management (commercialization ownership & support) for your projects and Sr. Associate Brand Manager (ABM)
- Budget owner for the Yoplait Masterbrand, partnering with key cross-functional experts including Finance, Communications, and Insights
- Lead for Midwest Yogurt Business Unit for WIC (Women Infant Children) regulations
- Orchestrator and coordinator for monthly Sodiaal (Licensor) for critical projects
From your STORY to ours
Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience post-undergrad
- Analytical mindset, strong problem-solver, highly collaborative, effective project manager
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize what’s most critical
- The desire to make an impact and be a self-starter
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint fluency, IRI/Circana familiarity
- 1+ year as Brand Associate or similar role
- CPG experience in an analytical, data-driven role
- Prior experience working with sales, brand management, merchandising
