Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract – Medical Leave Coverage)

Location: Minnetonka, MN (Onsite)
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week
Pay: $25–$28/hour

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our team during a medical leave. This is a contract opportunity ideal for someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and manage cash applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Apply daily cash receipts accurately and timely

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Research unapplied cash and short payments

• Maintain accurate AR records within JD Edwards

• Support month-end closing activities related to receivables

• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding payment status

• Recent, hands‑on experience with JD Edwards (JDE) is required

• Strong background in cash application and account reconciliation

• Solid understanding of AR processes and best practices

• Manufacturing experience

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently in a part‑time schedule
