Compensation: $95,000–$135,000 + bonus (commensurate with experience)
A fast-growing, founder-led consumer products manufacturer is building out its internal accounting capabilities to support continued expansion. With many accounting tasks currently handled through outsourced/shared services, the company is ready to bring those functions in-house and create a more sophisticated financial foundation.
This role is ideal for a high-performing Senior Accountant or Corporate Accountant who is ready for greater ownership, visibility, and career growth.
The OpportunityAs the Senior Corporate Accountant, you will take a lead role in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly close activities, and financial reporting. You’ll help establish new processes, strengthen internal controls, and support the broader transition from outsourced accounting to a fully internal function.
You’ll work directly with the Controller/CEO and gain exposure to all areas of the business — making this an exceptional growth opportunity for someone who wants to advance into a future Controller role.
What You’ll OwnAssist in bringing accounting activities in-house as shared-service functions are transitioned internally.
Take ownership of key month-end close duties and account reconciliations.
Manage AP/AR processing, GL entries, accruals, and fixed asset tracking.
Support preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.

Help implement or enhance ERP systems and other financial tools.
Participate in cash flow tracking, bank reconciliations, and working capital processes.
Assist leaders with budgeting, cost insights, ad hoc analysis, and operational reporting.
Partner with external auditors, tax firms, and banking partners as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
3–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, consumer products, or a similar environment.
Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting processes.
Experience with ERP systems (implementation or optimization a plus).
Strong attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
A process-improvement mindset and willingness to build structure where none exists.
Opportunity to step into a broader, more strategic role than a typical Senior Accountant position.
Direct access to senior leadership with high visibility and influence.
You’ll play a key part in building the company’s internal accounting function.
Excellent mentorship and the chance to advance into a Controller-track role.
Competitive compensation and long-term growth opportunities in a scaling business.
