Dealership Accountant I – Lithia & Driveway (BMW Minnetonka, Minnetonka, MN)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Starting Pay: $19-23.00 (depending on experience)

• General ledger Posting of New & Used Car Deals
• Schedule reviews and maintenance
• Account Coding & Processing vendor invoice
• Accounting for manufacturer monies
• RDR & Rebate Reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned

• Attention to detail and urgency
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Active listening and initiative-taking
• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
• Ability to research and resolve variances
• Entry to mid-level computer and office skills

• The full salary range for this position is $35, annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

• Auto industry experience (preferred)
• Prior Accounting experience required
• High School graduate or equivalent required
• 18 years or older
