Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Working as Full‑time Customer Site Warehouse Support, you will facilitate the movement of product through our customer site.

This entry‑level position is based out of our branch located at 310 4th Ave SE, Dodge Center, MN 55927. After onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals, this position may offer a flexible schedule.

• Operating computer programs and wireless handheld devices.
• Moving and handling product accurately.
• Auditing and preparing outgoing shipments to customer facilities.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Complying with health, safety, and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives.
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25 lbs–50 lbs and may weigh up to 75 lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).

• Prior warehouse experience.
• Prior experience operating a forklift.

Pay range: $40,000 – $45,000.
