Order Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist

Overview

We're seeking a detail‑oriented Order Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist to manage the full order lifecycle-from entry to shipment. This role supports customers, sales reps, production, and shipping while ensuring accurate, on‑time delivery.

Location: Circle Pines, MN |
On‑site

Pay Range: $65k-$75k

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm

• Process and manage customer orders using ERP/CRM systems
• Communicate order status, lead times, and shipment details
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with production
• Manage domestic and international freight, documentation, and issue resolution
• Support trade show and sample order logistics
• Generate reports and recommend process improvements

• Associate degree required;
  Bachelor's preferred
• 2‑4 years in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial B2B order management
• ERP experience required (Dynamics GP or similar)
• CRM experience preferred
• Experience with logistics and freight coordination a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Analytical mindset and ownership mentality
