Job Description
Wage range is $15-25/ hr with your hourly wage and tips earned. We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Belle Plaine, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers in Belle Plaine and the surrounding areas.

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations
• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
• Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures
• Provide excellent customer service during package drop-offs
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Promptly report any issues or delays to the dispatch team
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using GPS and navigation tools
• Basic smartphone skills for using delivery apps and communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Familiarity with Belle Plaine and surrounding areas preferred
