DeCook Drainage is looking to add an operator to their crew!
Responsibilities:
- Build basins and waterways for customers
- Perform tile repairs
- Maintain equipment
- Follow site grading and operations plans, read grade stakes and operate in different environments
- Use and maintain equipment (primarily dozer with some backhoe and excavator)
- Time management skills
- Planning skills
- Working in all conditions
- Getting in and out of machinery
- Manual Labor
- Lifting/pulling/pushing up to 80-100 lbs
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Bending/Crouching
- Squatting/Kneeling
- Prior experience running equipment
- Must have a clean driving record
- CDL preferred

- Overtime during season (typical work week 50+ hours)
