Position: Foreperson Underground Construction II (Perham-Seasonal)
Location: Perham

Position summary

A Construction Foreperson plans, coordinates and implements assigned construction projects in a safe, timely and professional manner. A Foreperson provides daily direction to leads and multiple crews.

Qualifications

You are required to have:

• Five years of progressive underground utility construction experience
• One year minimum experience with an ISP
• Have a good understanding of operational characteristics of all equipment required for each project
• Demonstrated effective communication skills and good customer service skills
• Knowledge of safety requirements for a variety of situations
• Proficient with safely operating heavy equipment around utilities, people, structures and traffic
• Must have a valid Driver's license and DOT health card and must be able to pass Arvig Construction Operator Qualification for assigned equipment

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Leadership and training skills
• Demonstrated management skills
• Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to all aspect of the construction process
• Proficient with a variety of electronic devices including operation of and use of applications and software.

Compensation

With CDL:
Starting at $32.75/hr.

This position will be based out of Perham, MN.
