Hands-on installation, service, and support of high-capacity wells and pumping equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair using knowledge of pumps, well water systems, various controls, and power tools.

• Perform diagnostics to analyze, troubleshoot, and repair equipment promptly.
• Examine parts for defects such as breakage or wear.
• Pull and set water well pumps.
• Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts on equipment or machinery.
• Operate repaired equipment to verify repairs.
• Cut and weld metal to repair or fabricate parts.
• Understand blueprints and manuals for correct installation and operation.
• Record parts and materials used for documentation and ordering.
• Perform piping installation and repairs of water lines, flow meters, and valves.
• Maintain effective customer relationships while providing high-quality service.
• Utilize safe working practices.
• Assist with construction of center pivots.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school diploma preferred.
• CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various environments, long hours, and occasional overnight travel.
• Mechanical skills including machining and welding.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
