Job Title:

Boiler Operator – Maintenance Technician

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday Night – Friday Morning)

Wage: $31 – $37/hr

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to perform operational checks, preventative maintenance, and breakdown maintenance on high-pressure boilers, as well as maintain onsite HVAC systems, compressed air, and water waste systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on high-pressure boilers, HVAC systems, and compressed air and water waste systems.
• Maintain accurate operation and equipment logs.
• Conduct water chemistry tests and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform minor building and facility repairs as needed.
• Complete routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on HVAC units.
• Assist area maintenance mechanics with the upkeep of filling lines and processing equipment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minnesota 2nd Class B (or higher) Boiler Engineer License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of HVAC, compressed air, and wastewater systems.
