Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy, providing maintenance services to include general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services.

We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. You must have reliable transportation. You will be required to obtain your Boilers license within 90 days of employment. We will pay for the boilers license exam and study material for you.

You will need to provide and use your own basic tools.

• Refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy.
• Providing general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services.

• 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Effective communication in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable.
• Obtain Boilers license within 90 days of employment.
• Use own basic tools.

• Pay: $22 - $23 per hour.
• Hours:
  
  25 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on-call.
