This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 5 years of drywall taping and sanding experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. Experienced Taper Requirements:

• 5 years of finished drywall taping and sanding
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in growing with the company
• Willingness to work overtime
• Be a team player
• A desire to establish a positive work culture
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred

Experienced Taper Compensation: Production pay with pricing per sheet is preferred. Experienced and efficient taper has high earning potential.

Experienced Gutter Installer Minimum Requirements:
