Slat Technician

We are looking for a reliable Slat Technician who is looking for their next great career move! • Follow Crew Leader instructions.
• Rig beams and slats for removal and installation.
• Cut concrete as necessary for proper fit.
• Remove old grout.
• Mix and place new grout in open channels.
• Follow biosecurity procedures.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by Crew Leader or other Altenburg Management.

• Ability to take direction from crew leader or other senior employees.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs objects.
• Ability to work in face paced environment.
• Occasionally work around livestock inside facilities.
