• Starting salary of $26.13 to $39.19 per hour depending on experience

• Monday‑Friday, 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm
• Stable hours for financial security and work‑life balance
• Job setting: repair/maintenance shop at our Winsted, MN hauling site

• Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
• Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
• Perform work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
• Perform safety checks on vehicles – the safety of every employee and community is top priority
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times
• Assist senior mechanics in completion of project work
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical

• Exert physical effort: frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing; constantly standing, walking, grasping; occasionally sitting and balancing
• Exposed to physical occupational risks such as cuts, burns, toxic chemicals
• Exposed to physical environment: dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar conditions
• Works inside garage/shop or in outdoor conditions with inclement weather, heat, humidity

We believe the expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $26.13 – $39.19 per hour. The specific salary may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
