The responsibilities include performing plumbing service calls for both residential and commercial clients, diagnosing customer problems, providing solutions, presenting estimates and proposals, closing the sale and performing the work.

A successful journeyman/journeywoman plumber will be well-organized and detail-oriented. You should have great customer service skills, be able and willing to follow instructions, and be prepared to travel to clients' homes to complete your work.

Roles & Responsibilities :
* * Use your expertise to work with and direct technicians.

* Follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections.

* Install new/replace fixtures, to include but not limited to, Toilets, sinks, faucets, water softeners, water heaters, garbage disposals, etc. according to Minnesota Plumbing Code.

* Locating and identifying leaks.

* Repairing or replacing pipes and parts.

* Drain cleaning and operation of jetting equipment.

* Water and Sewer repairs and lining.

* Determining the right tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete a job.

* Educating and answering client questions.

* Ensure that all work is in accordance with federal, state, and local plumbing codes.

* Cleaning the job site after the work is completed.

* The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

* Requirements:
* * Must be licensed by the state of Minnesota; holders of Minneapolis and St. Paul competency cards a plus.

* Knowledge of plumbing codes (state and local).

* Expert understanding and experience of plumbing and equipment.

* A valid Minnesota driver's license with excellent driving record is required.

* Exceptional attention to detail and organization.

* Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.

* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

* Able to lift 60 lbs.

* Capable of working overtime when the situation arises.

* Must be punctual and dependable.

* Must be honest and courteous.

* Must be willing to work with others as a team member.

* Professional appearance and friendly, upbeat attitude.

    SIGN ON BONUS OPPORTUNITY - $1500 SIGN ON BONUS     

Bonus to be paid 50% at 6mos & 50% 1 yr anniversary

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
