Dozer Excavating is seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crews in delivering high-quality results across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise concrete crews in all phases of work including forming, pouring, finishing, and site prep.
  • Read and interpret project plans, grades, and drawings to execute accurate layouts.
  • Organize labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure all work meets specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Provide direction to team members, monitor performance, and foster a positive team environment.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness.
  • Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily progress and materials used.
  • Adapt to shifting schedules and project priorities with flexibility and calm.
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment as needed for task support.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of concrete and construction experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role.
  • CDL required for transporting materials and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of forming systems, concrete pours, rebar placement, and finishing techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate a crew and maintain productivity under deadline pressure.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and able to lift and move heavy materials.
  • No formal education required-proven jobsite leadership and experience are what matter most.
