Position Summary

Local Class A Driver / Equipment Operator / Laborer

Join Max‑Tech, Inc. as a CDL Driver / Laborer. This role supports the installation of gypsum and concrete‑based products across a wide range of projects.

• Starting wage: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour

• Class A CDL
• Basic hand‑tool proficiency
• Knowledge of reading a tape measure
• Hard‑working, goal‑oriented, reliable and punctual
• Ability to drive to various project sites
• Multitasking capability
• Comfortable working in multi‑temperature environments as required
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80 lbs repetitively
• Previous construction experience a plus
• Experience working with a concrete crew a plus

• Support the installation of gypsum and concrete products
• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed
• Assist crew members as required
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair
• Operate a bobcat to move sand into the mixer
• Set up the hose for pouring and connect to the mixer
• Finish poured Gypcrete floor
• Break open bags of Gypcrete and pour into mixer
• Carry supplies onto job sites
