Dozer Excavating is seeking ambitious and detail‑oriented Equipment Operators to join our Field Operations team. • Safely operate various types of heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and loaders.
• Perform excavation tasks for site preparation, grading, trenching, and utility installation.
• Assist with concrete preparation and pours as needed.
• Execute tasks in line with project plans, site safety standards, and client specifications.
• Maintain and inspect equipment daily for safe operation and report maintenance needs.
• Support field crews with general labor tasks as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any on‑site hazards immediately.
• Ensure accuracy in measuring, digging, and grading to meet job specifications.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members for efficient workflow.
• Travel to various job sites, including out‑of‑town assignments provided per diem.

• 2+ years of experience operating excavation or construction equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License).
• Strong attention to detail and safety‑conscious mindset.
• Ambitious, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions and varying terrains.
• No formal education requirement—experience and work ethic matter most.
• Competitive hourly pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience.
