Maintenance Technician

Location: Rockford
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician on 1st shift! This position plays a key role in keeping our facility running efficiently by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of production machinery and equipment.

Rockford, MN

Wage: $25 - $35/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Your responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and electronic testing devices effectively
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Set up, operate, and adjust machines as needed
• Calibrate controls and ensure equipment is running to specification
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures

What you'll need:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial setting
• Proven skills in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
