We are looking for an experienced and proactive Datacenter Security & Compliance Manager to oversee and develop the physical and operational security of our state-of-the-art datacenter environment. In this role, you will ensure the safety, reliability, and compliance of our facilities while working in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

YourKey Responsibilities Physical Security Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain physical security policies and procedures.
- Manage access control systems (biometric, keycard), ensuring strict authorization controls.
- Perform regular security audits and risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and support security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Oversee the performance and maintenance of surveillance, alarm, and intrusion detection systems.
- Create and maintain incident response plans for security breaches and emergencies.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of security incidents, including liaising with law enforcement when needed.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, Katakri, and other industry requirements.
- Prepare for and participate in external security audits and assessments.
- Implement measures to safeguard data privacy and protection.
- Work closely with IT, facilities, and operations teams to ensure integrated security practices.
- Communicate security policies and procedures clearly across the organization.
- Provide security awareness training and foster a strong security culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related inquiries.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of security technologies.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Manage the security budget and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising safety.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with security vendors and service providers.
- Ensure third-party contractors comply with our security policies.
- Conduct security assessments of external services and products.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CPP, PSP).
- Several years of experience in security management, ideally in a datacenter or mission-critical environment.
- Strong understanding of physical security systems, surveillance, access control, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, Katakri.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in incident response and crisis management.
