Sales Support

Overview

GPAC partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a Sales Support
. This position is in your backyard. 1st shift.

• Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Processing orders and managing sales documentation
• Providing assistance to sales with the use of CRM, quoting and
• Scheduling meetings, demos, or follow-ups
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Assisting with product information or pricing
• Coordinating with internal teams (ops, service, finance)
• Creating or updating sales collateral
• Supporting product launches with resources and information
• Feeding customer insights back to sales and marketing
• Running standard sales reports
• Assisting with CRM content - price lists, product descriptions, tracking active/inactive products
• Ensuring the sales team has visibility into order status
