Training must first be completed, and a territory vacancy must occur. Training will consist of enhancing current selling and business management skills and developing other skills and knowledge required for a Sales Representative position.

• Complete internal formal training modules.
• Participate in sales meetings and customer markets.
• Participate in projects conducted at customer retail stores.
• Work in customer stores, at an Orgill distribution center, and the Customer Service Department.
• Travel with Sales Representatives, Sales Managers and Truck Drivers to observe and assist as assigned.
• Work selected sales territories in the absence of a regularly assigned Sales Representative.
• Working knowledge of email, internet, and Microsoft Office computer applications.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must be willing to travel 4 – 5 days per week on an on‑going basis.
• Must be willing to relocate at company expense when assigned a territory.
• Prefer candidate with associate or bachelor's degree.
• Prefer candidate with at least two years of related business or sales experience in our industry (retail or wholesale hardware, lumber, building materials, farm supply) #INDHOME
