The OpportunityThis is a high-visibility, growth-focused outside sales role responsible for developing new business while expanding existing industrial accounts throughout the Huntsville and surrounding markets.
You will leverage a broad portfolio of electrical and industrial products, technical support, and supply chain capabilities to create value for customers in manufacturing, processing, and heavy industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory growth plan
- Identify and win new industrial/OEM accounts
- Expand share of wallet within existing customers
- Partner with inside sales, specialists, and leadership to deliver technical solutions
- Manage pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and forecasting
- Stay current on industry trends, automation, and electrical solutions
- 3+ years of industrial outside sales experience
- Experience selling electrical, automation, MRO, or industrial products
- Strong hunter mentality with relationship-building skills
- Ability to sell value-based solutions (not just transactional product)
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
- Experience calling on manufacturing plants, OEMs, contractors, or system integrators preferred
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure
- Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement
