Will You Be Brella’s Next Account Executive?

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven sales professional to support our continued expansion in the Americas.

As an Account Executive at Brella, you will engage with prospects, negotiate deals, and close new business on a monthly basis. Your success will directly contribute to our company’s growth.

To thrive in this role, you have a background in the event industry and proven experience achieving sales targets and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and booking meetings to closing deals.

What Will Your Daily Work Look Like?
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and booking meetings to closing deals.
  • Conduct sales meetings and close deals following the Brella Sales Playbook in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Manage a pipeline of 20+ active deals at any given time.
  • Work systematically in Hub Spot CRM, ensuring accurate and consistent pipeline management.
  • Balance independent ownership with collaborative teamwork.
  • Contribute to Brella’s global expansion through your sales expertise.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
  • You are highly motivated to drive new sales and consistently hit monthly targets.
  • You have proven experience in outbound sales, ideally in an international environment.
  • You can diagnose business challenges using SPIN or similar sales methodologies and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • You are structured and comfortable managing a fast-paced pipeline of 20+ active deals.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • You thrive in ambitious, fast-moving teams and are driven to exceed targets.
