Join our vibrant, results‑driven team as a Customer Success Representative where you’ll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with our valued customers through inbound and outbound calls. You’ll actively engage with customers, addressing their needs, resolving concerns and improving customer satisfaction.
Working alongside talented professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence client success and company growth.
This is a role where your sales skills, negotiation skills, problem‑solving abilities and customer‑first mindset will be a key to success.
The team is based in Vallila, Helsinki.
Your key responsibilities- Connecting with our existing customers through inbound & outbound calls
- Retaining our merchant customers from across various industries by successfully upselling, cross‑selling and re‑negotiating contracts
- Contributing to and exceeding personal and team KPIs
- Contributing to a positive team atmosphere with an optimistic and open mindset
- Cooperating with the rest of the Merchant Services teams to continuously develop our business
- Proven track record of high performance from sales or retention, within Telecom, Fintech, insurance – or other relevant industry
- Fluent in Finnish, English at business level;
Swedish is a plus - Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first mindset
- Ability to identify customer pain points and create strategies to address them
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently and with the team
- Proactive, results‑oriented and structured in your way of working
