Outside Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish)

Spectrum is looking for a highly motivated and bilingual (Spanish) Outside Sales Representative to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. This full‑time position requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without determinants for future employment‑based sponsorship.

$27,600 /yr – $45,800 /yr (commission earnings target starting at $65,000).

• Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• new residential customers through door‑to‑door contact from assigned leads.
• भो Develop and present sales presentations and proposals on products and services that meet customers’ needs.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities: dispositioning, entering sales orders, reporting.
• Participate actively in all sales meetings and training programmes as assigned.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas in high‑speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales.
• Complete all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with departmental practice, policies, and procedures.
• Stay informed about competitor activities in the assigned territory and report changes to management.
• Attend and successfully complete training programmes.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish.
• Engaging interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen, formulate needs‑based sales strategies, and articulate pitches to sell products and services.
• A passion to succeed and strong personal drive to sell to prospective customers.
• Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle (awie of inclement weather).
• Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications and consumer/commercial communication devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, set‑top converters, wireless devices).
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate.
• A valid driver’s license, car insurance, satisfactory driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

At least 2 years sales or relevant work experience.

• Success in a previous sales position, prospecting, or cold calling; direct sales experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, emphasis on data networking fundamentals, ability to educate consumers on related products and services as needed.

• Spends approximately 90% of the time in डॉक्टर outside environment for extended period in any season, potential exposure to inclement weather.
• Minimal time in an office environment.
• Exposure to moderate noise levels.
