Farm Store Sales Associate

Overview

We are seeking a full‑time Farm Store Sales Associate at our Plainview, MN location. In this role, you'll provide excellent customer service at our retail store by handling feed orders, answering questions, and loading products into customers' vehicles.

The starting pay range for this position is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on job‑related skills, experience, and industry knowledge.

• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Process payments accurately.
• Keep the store clean and well‑stocked, including outdoor areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and product orders.
• Coordinate product orders with manufacturing locations.
• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks.

• Over age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work some Saturday mornings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to collaborate with and assist other departments.
• Strong communication skills and friendly customer service approach.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift between 50 and 100 pounds, with regular standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic math skills.
• Agricultural experience is preferred but not required.
