Pro Shop Attendant

Established in 1926, the
Northfield Golf Club is a private, member-owned facility located in historic Northfield, MN, approximately 45 minutes south of the Twin Cities. With it's unique layout, and diverse set of tees on each hole, NGC is a great place for all skill levels to play. In recent years, the membership has been at capacity with over 400 golfers calling NGC their home club.

This is a part-time on-site role located in Northfield, MN, for a Pro Shop Attendant. The Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchases, managing inventory, handling cash transactions, and maintaining an organized retail environment. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling tee times, renting and maintaining golf carts, renting out golf equipment, and assisting with day-to-day operations of the pro shop and our driving range.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage inventory and handle cash transactions accurately
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and general retail operations
• Organizational skills and ability to maintain a tidy environment
• Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology is a plus
• Previous experience in a retail or golf industry role is beneficial
