Hourly Wage

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$15 - $28 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. During major holidays, associates are prepared to handle increased volume. The role requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.
