As part of the Retail Team, you will be a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around our products, living and breathing the Arch Telecom Brand and Core Values. In this learning role you’ll build customer care skills and, upon training completion, be eligible for promotion to Mobile Expert.

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Sell personalized solutions and go beyond the basic device and plan to include accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise.
• Use digital tools to show coverage, explain plans, and support account and device troubleshooting.
• Complete in‑store experience training, master new skills, and stay current on systems.
• Collaborate with peers and cross‑channel staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.

• Strong desire to learn, master customer‑advocate skills, and build meaningful customer connections.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving issues.
• Effective at balancing customer experience with performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred).
• Minimum 18 years old, high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (20+ hrs) availability.
